Convention Details
Three Days of Fellowship
The SBAA Convention is self-supporting through the money paid for by registration fees, and donations. No AA funds are used to pay for this event. Conferences and conventions are special events and require money, as well as months of planning and preparation. Expenses include contracted costs for the use of convention center facilities, preparation of food and beverages, printing for registration forms, flyers, program schedules, postage, supplies and many other costs. The registration fee is kept as low as possible to meet our financial goal of breaking even.
Registration is Limited
Online Registration ends October 10th. Tickets at the event are $50.00.
Scholarships
Please consider a donation for scholarships to help members
who want to attend but do not have the financial means.
Important Information
No refunds after October 11th. No pets - only service animals permitted. Badges must be worn at all times. Childcare is not provided.
Marathon Meetings
All Marathon Meetings are Q&A formats. Please come support our leaders and ask them questions about the 12 steps. All are welcome.
SBAA Dinner Menu
Our dinner Saturday night is prepared in house by the Elks staff. They are a talented kitchen and will present a tasty buffet for all to enjoy. Please join us for food, fun, and fellowship.

The 38th Santa Barbara Alcoholics Anonymous Convention will be held at Elks Lodge #613 in Santa Barbara, California: 150 N Kellogg Ave, Santa Barbara, CA 93111. Registration, speaker meetings, and most other events will be at the Elks Lodge.

Parking at the Elks Lodge is accessible, plentiful, and free, providing easy access to the epicenter of the action.

The weekend of the convention is expected to be a busy one in Santa Barbara, so book your accommodations early! The Best Western Plus South Coast Inn has offered our guests a rate of $249 per night plus taxes. They are located right across the street.
